Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only, including:

  • All 50 states

  • Washington, D.C.

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons and special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

Common Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — $12.00

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $28.00

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $42.00

Free Shipping (Optional):
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $500.00.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


5. Shipment Restrictions for Fragrances

Because fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials. As a result:

  • Some carriers require ground shipping only for fragrance items.

  • Express shipping may not be available for certain orders.

  • Air services cannot deliver fragrances to P.O. Boxes.

We follow all shipping regulations to ensure safe and compliant delivery of your products.


6. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Contact the carrier first for immediate assistance.

  2. If unresolved, email us at CustomerService@LiuScents.com and we will help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Liu Scents is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at CustomerService@LiuScents.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
